Extra to an Ordinary
What makes any life extra ordinary?
What makes
someone light up with pure happiness?
What makes
one stick to their core, in purpose and action?
What sets
one on a path of perpetual quest, rightful in spirit?
What makes
a smile, a lighter mood, a hug, a laugh, a flutter in eyes, cheeks or a moment
of inaction, a sigh, thoughtful eyes and a peaceful lean?
One seeks
endlessly,
One ends up
in middle of nowhere at times,
One moves
by a tiny bit of space marked with footprints,
One stops
and digs a hole for the head to fit in,
One falls
down and views the sky deep in blue,
One gets up and chooses to walk ahead waving the hands in an imaginary sea.
All I know
is what I felt, for that becomes my truth
A boiled
down broth
Of reason, and
season.
May be more
lies in what comes closer,
For a day
before they came closer,
A robin, a paradise
lady, an intermittent black and white birdy.
On mornings
like that, one ends up in an awe of being here,
{Even in a
wrong place at a wrong time!}
What else
could be extra to an ordinary?
